Hello Uttoxeter. Many of you will be off on your holidays in the next few weeks. This is just a quick reminder to make sure you stock up on any holiday medicines that you might need. These are some of the items that I always take when I travel abroad:

• Paracetamol or ibuprofen (and the liquid children's versions)
• Antihistamine cream and tablets
• Anti-diarrhoea capsules such as Imodium and rehydration sachets
• Insect repellent
• Indigestion remedies
• Sun block and after-sun
• First aid kit
• Sore throat lozenges
• Antiseptic wipes

Also don't forget your travel insurance and your European Health Card!
