The Balance Street Pharmacy Repeat Prescription Service is a free and convenient way to organise your repeat prescriptions.

It’s that easy, just leave it to us.

We keep hold of your repeat slip and dispense your medicines to ensure they are ready and waiting when you need them.

Then, every time you call in to collect your medicines, we take your next order. To make things even easier, we may also deliver your medicines to you, free of charge. Ask in-pharmacy for further details.

Signing up to our free express repeat prescription service

Please download and complete the BSP repeat prescription form and bring it along to us at Balance Street. Alternatively pick up a leaflet in the pharmacy. This is only available to patients who are registered with Uttoxeter surgeries.
